Chinese spirit has always been stereotyped and presented in an outdated fashion. To change this negative image and showcase it to the world in a new light as a distinguished product was a major challenge for the WA team. We are excited that we were invited by 1573 to take on this “impossible” public relations mission!

“Let the World Savor China” was the theme of this splendid event, and our ingenious design was reflected in its every detail.
After the guests ascended the spiral staircase of the InterContinental Hotel, they were greeted by elegant models and escorted into the venue. Check-in was facilitated by iPads, and the signature board’s design was also compatible with the main theme, blending in modern technology to the overall event planning. Our bartenders then brewed a number of special cocktails with Chinese spirits, which the guests could enjoy while they enjoy the elaborate product display area set up by our event design team.
Mr Haibo Huang, Deputy Head of Phoenix Satellite Television’s Chinese Channel, was the event’s master of ceremonies. Among the guests were Mr Yiu-tong Cheng, member of the HKSAR Executive Council; Ms Dexin Kong, 77th-generation descendant of the Confucius; and Mr Cheng Tao, dean of the China National Opera & Dance Drama Theatre.

LED Wall was installed on three sides of the venue, with elaborately designed images switching with precise timing. Music was accompanied by relevant lighting designs and distinctive flower arrangements; every beat of the pulsating music fuelled the excitement in everyone’s heart. After numerous rehearsals, models led the way as they marched with the waiters into the venue during the overwhelming opening scene. The inheritor of the spirit-making techniques dressed in white qipao and made use of exclusive wine wares to teach the guests about the taste, taste, meaning and form of Chinese spirit. This imparted a greater understanding of the Chinese people's spirit-tasting culture that has been passed down hundreds of years. The well-designed menu featured spirits that matched with each dish – a delighting surprise that brought smiles to every guest. The scent of the spirit flowed through the venue, and the whole atmosphere simply became sweetly intoxicating.
Our colleagues in the event planning team were busy all around the event venue, as the guests left the event with satisfaction. From that day onward, Chinese spirit would never be the same again as it has embraced a brand new sense of sophisticated elegance.

【讓世界品味中國】是本次品牌推廣活動的主題，一系列的設計、製作、及活動都經過精心部署。
賓客們踏上洲際酒店的旋轉樓梯後，模特兒儀態萬千地迎上，帶領賓客進入會場。每位嘉賓來到以iPad簽到，簽到版面亦沿用主題設計，將現代科技加入活動策劃中。隨後我們的調酒師，用白酒調制出數款特制雞尾酒，賓客可以一邊品嚐，一邊欣賞活動設計團隊精心設計的產品展示區。
活動司儀請來鳳凰衛視副台長黃海波先生，座上客請來香港行政會議成員鄭耀棠先生、孔子第有77代宗戶孔德辛女士、中國歌劇院院長陶誠先生。
會場內三面環繞著Led Wall，精心設計的動畫精準的切換；音樂伴隨著燈光設計和獨具匠心的鮮花佈置，每一下跳動都讓人興奮不已；儀式經過無數次綵排後，外模引領著侍應極具氣勢的進場。身穿優雅旗袍的白酒世家傳人，使用專屬酒器，教導台下賓客品鑒白酒的香、味，意，形，讓大家更了解中國人數百年的品酒文化；精心編寫的特色菜單，以酒入饌，讓每一位嘉賓都露出驚喜的笑容。酒香彌漫在整個會場，讓人覺得仿佛連呼吸都會不小心醉了。
活動統籌組同事在每一個角落忙碌且滿足著，看著每位賓客滿意地離去。由這天開始，白酒成功地換上了尊貴的新裝。

When visitors stepped into Disneyland Hotel, the first thing that came into their eyes was the colourful decoration. Sign your name on the contract and you would earn your admission into the Chocolate Factory!

In the banquet room, colourful lights were designed to resemble mouth-watering candies; a chocolate waterfall rumbles down upon a candy tree; and the table centrepieces were made of marshmallows with biscuit-shaped table numbers in lieu of the common floral design. The guests read through the programme booklet to discover a different story on each page. The air is full of the aroma of chocolate – you can tell the theme of the evening with just a breath! The guests were all looking forward to each tailor-made course of the evening’s dinner. The exquisite cuisine, accompanied by aromatic wines, indulged everyone’s palate. One might already feel full after the sumptuous meal, but the chocolate dessert buffet was not to be missed!

Colourful, enormous candies neatly lined up on both sides along the corridor. On the other side of this “factory”, beautiful melodies fluttered from the outdoor garden. Inside the garden, soap bubbles floated around as if it were a dreamy movie scene. Bartenders were busy preparing chocolate cocktails on the spot. The colourful LED benches looked inviting, and the multi-coloured lights twinkled like pieces of sweet and candy that anyone would want to take a bite on!
DJ pulled up melodic tunes, mesmerising the guests on the dance floor. There was sweetness in the air......
走進香港迪士尼酒店的宴會場地，映入眼簾的是色彩繽紛的場地佈置，進入【巧克力冒險工廠】前，先在合約上簽上大名。
宴會廳內，五顏六色的燈光設計如糖果般甜美；巧克力瀑布在奔騰，流向糖果樹；Centerpieces改用棉花糖作為材料，代替最普通的花藝設計，並插上餅乾檯號；賓客翻閱著場刊，頁頁敘述不同的故事。空氣中散發著濃濃的巧克力味道，鼻子在告訴你今晚是什麼活動主題，賓客已經在期待每道度身訂造的主題菜餚。精緻的美食，配上芳香的美酒，讓來到會場的客人們食指大動。就算胃納已經沒有空間，仍然不願意錯過巧克力甜點自助餐。
穿過糖果林立的巧克力河，一塊塊巨型的波板糖夾道歡迎著你。來到工廠的另一邊，美妙的琴聲從花園裡傳來，飄浮的泡泡圍繞著花園，彷如電影場景。花園中有調酒師，即席為你調制巧克力作材料雞尾酒！草地上五彩繽紛的LED椅子，猶如一顆一顆發光的糖果，讓人有咬一口的衝動。
音符在DJ的指間飛舞，客人們陶醉在舞會之中，甜美在空氣中蔓延……

How do you make a standard award ceremony into a distinctive occasion? The annual awards ceremony and annual luncheon that WA tailored for the fashion magazine Marie Claire would be a fine example of extraordinary event planning and production.

As an international women's magazine, Marie Claire naturally required that this event should bear a sense of elegance, fashion and style that every VIP would be able to feel.
Guests were first provided with enjoyable afternoon tea in a charming French Garden. The hotel floor was covered in green artificial turf, delicately adorned with pinkish flowers. All the award-winning cosmetic products were displayed cleverly between flowers and plants. Aromatic tea, floral cocktails and freshly made crème brûlée were served together with palatable desserts in the reception area. It very much resembles a royal party!

Guests and celebrities arrived one after another. Lights flashed in sync with upbeat music, as the LED Wall switched from screen to screen. Models walked the stage to showcase stunning diamond accessories and award-winning apparels. Our event executive team were on site to ensure smooth running of this star-studded ceremony. Modern technologies, together with fantastic event designs, offered the guests a brand new experience. Finally, the winners’ speeches and the guests’ applause brought the event to a perfect conclusion.
如何讓沉悶的頒獎典禮做的不一樣？WA為時尚雜誌《瑪麗嘉兒》在君悅酒店籌備的年度頒獎禮就是一個很好的活動策劃及活動製作例子。
作為國際性的女性雜誌，所舉辦的活動自然要符合優雅、時尚、高貴、形格的感覺，並讓每位VIP都有此感受。
在WA為他們建造的【法式花園】中，VIP們品嚐著以花入饌的High Tea。活動製作組將每一件得獎的作品用心地呈現在綠色的草皮，粉色的小花之間，更見精緻。迎賓區有鮮調花茶、花香雞尾酒、即製法式燉蛋，茶香、酒香配上美味的甜點，彷如參加了一場皇室派對。
嘉賓、明星陸續到來⋯⋯燈光隨著節奏強勁的音響揮舞、LED Wall不斷切換著畫面，模特兒們在台上，展示著優雅的鑽石首飾和時尚型格的服裝。星光熠熠的頒獎典禮在WA活動統籌團隊協助下順利地進行，現代科技與活動設計的配合讓人耳目一新，得獎者的致詞和現場的掌聲為此次活動畫上完美的句點，並得到一眾媒體好評。

For clients who have chosen their venue yet are unsure of their event programme, WA’s professional designers would inspect the site and make recommendations on ways of using readily available resources on the site to bring down the cost.

At this LF Logistics company annual dinner, we suggested utilising equipment in the venue and came up with a theme called “Light Up the Runway”. The traditional Chinese restaurant was transformed into a fabulous fashion runway to offer LF Logistics employees a fresh and fun experience in reward for their hard work during the year!
On top of the LED Wall installed in the restaurant, we added innovative and colourful designs to create a sharp backdrop. Throughout the night, the LED Wall displayed contents that matched the event rundown.

Before the banquet, our event planners diligently prepared perfume that pervaded and enchanted every corner of the venue. Meanwhile in the Game Zone, the guests were busy taking selfies with all different fun props. When dinner commenced, the guests enjoyed the exquisite cuisine while gleefully swaying along the music. The bespoke and themed games prepared by our event planning team drew rounds of cheer and applause. The catwalk and contests on stage also excited all the viewers. Everyone was like a super model on the runway under the glare of sparkling lights, immersing themselves in the event with a great sense of delight and feeling appreciated by their company.

正如這一次利豐物流的週年晚宴，我們利用場地現有設備，提議以【Light Up the Runway】為活動主題，把傳統酒樓變身為時尚天橋，為同事帶來新鮮又好玩的全新體驗，以答謝他們在這一年裏的辛勞！
在酒樓原有的LED Wall上，加上創新而繽紛的設計，令背板層次分明，LED Wall內容配合活動流程轉換。
晚宴開始前，宴會統籌組同事在訂製香水區忙碌，香氣飄到每一個⻆落，遊戲區內客人擺弄著好玩的拍照道具自拍。
晚宴開始啦，同事們一邊品嚐著精緻的食物，一邊隨著音樂搖擺身體。活動策劃組同事為客人度身訂造的每一個主題遊戲都引來一陣陣歡呼，台上的Catwalk Show和比賽更是扣人心弦，參賽者在跳躍的燈光中成為時尚天橋上的super model。每一個人都沉浸在濃濃的歡樂之中，感受到公司對他們的重視。

Hong Kong’s international status has been a reason for many mainland Chinese companies to hold events here.

The WA team has rich experience in producing large-scale events in the mainland, and is familiar with the cultural differences across Hong Kong and mainland. As a result, we know the needs and requirements of mainland clients.
Having received the request to produce a launch event for a mainland company in Hong Kong, the WA team assisted the client first by choosing the right hotel, and then followed by arranging the entire decoration, putting together the meeting rundown, coordinating performances, and other preparation tasks. We provided a through-train service to help our client adapt to Hong Kong.
Harpists and violinists played music to receive guests, as the event planning presented each guest with a welcome gift. A male and a female MCs worked as a team to open the event. Speeches and activities took the stage one after another – all carefully produced by WA’s event team. The LED Wall played elaborately prepared animations, while the glistening lights amaze everyone. The fine wines and palatable cuisine brought satisfaction to all who were attending. Speeches made on stage by the guests earned the audience’s applause. All these made the event elegant and spectacular, give every guest a deep impression of the product being launched.
因為香港在國際舞台上的地位，很多內地公司，均很喜歡選址香港舉行活動。 WA團隊有豐富國內大型活動的工作經驗，熟悉兩地文化差異，所以更了解國內客戶的需求。
在一個國內公司於本港舉行的發佈會中，WA團隊由收到客戶對是次活動的要求後，開始協助他們選擇適合的酒店，到整個酒店佈置，會議流程安排，表演節目統籌等，均一手包辦，解決客人水土不服的問題。
迎賓區竪琴和小提琴輪流表演，活動統籌團隊體貼的送上迎新禮物。一男一女司儀一唱一和揭開整個發佈會的序幕，嘉賓發言和一個個活動表演交替進行，每個表演都是活動統籌團隊精心策劃，表演者的身段隨著巨型的LED Wall上播放的動畫舞動，躍動的燈光讓人目不暇給；台上嘉賓的發言引來陣陣掌聲，賓客們享受著美食和美酒帶給味蕾的無限滿足。整個活動均氣派而華麗，讓與會者都對產品留下深刻印象。

On the first day of the Year of the Dog, the senior management of the Maxims Group gathered at the Maxim’s Palace in City Hall, Central, for a lively Spring Festival gathering. The WA team was invited to carry out event design, production, and co-ordination for this annual event. The theme of the Year of the Dog is, naturally, one that relates to dogs. Out of the different dog-themed programmes that we proposed, the balloon dogs stood out. In different corners of the venue, balloons of different sizes, colours and materials were deployed.

As soon as the guests exited the elevator, they saw an entrance filled with helium balloons. Under each balloon was an auspicious New Year blessing message. Guests could take these balloons away and share with their families. At the entrance, there was an array of golden dog on display to welcome the arriving guests. On the other side of the venue, we placed a “lucky big bronze gong” that the guests lined up and made a hit on it to ring in a fortunate new year.
The site also featured a number of photo spots, festive designs, coupled with uniquely designed fai chun props so that the guests could entertain themselves by taking selfies. The most popular prop was the giant red balloon dog made of glass fibre. There was a row of golden bottles hanging on the backdrop, implying the deliciousness that was “bottled up” in Maxin’s food. Beautiful models dressed up as ladies of fortune in special costumes adorned with candy, and walked around handing out candies; they were well received everywhere they went.
On each table was a chopstick holder shaped like a fortune stick bucket. Each pair of chopsticks was engraved with auspicious words and packaged like a pair of the luckiest Chinese fortune-telling sticks. Pouches that were carefully prepared for the guests contained not only the luckiest fortune-telling sticks but also a fortune cookie with congratulatory New Year messages, so that everyone could take away good luck from the event.
The famous DJ, Ms Kitty Yuen, served as the master of ceremonies in this event. The lion dance squad and the God of Wealth entered the venue one after another, spreading New Year blessings and wishes to everyone. This special arrangement brightened up everyone’s mood, and gave rise to a warm festive atmosphere.
戊戌狗年初一， 美心集團各位高層雲集於中環美心大皇宮的新春團拜現場，場面非常熱鬧。WA團隊受邀為美心中菜一年一度的盛事擔任活動設計、活動製作及活動統籌的工作。狗年的主題自然離不開狗狗，我們提議了不同的狗狗主題方案給客人，現場所見的可愛氣球狗在眾多方案中突圍而出。活動現場在不同的位置都展示了不同大小、不同顏色，由不同物料製成的氣球佈置。
賓客一出電梯就會見到入口處佈滿氦氣球，每個氣球下面掛著寓意吉祥的新春祝福，客人可以將這些祝福氣球帶走和家人分享。門口有金燦燦的狗狗陣迎接嘉賓的到來，另一邊的「如意吉祥心想事成大銅鑼」亦引來客人們排隊，為新的一年敲響吉祥的鑼聲。
活動現場設有多個影相位，喜慶的設計，配上設計獨特可愛的揮春道具，讓客人們無時無刻都能自拍自娛一番，最受歡迎的當然是巨型用玻璃纖維所造的紅色氣球狗。Backdrop上掛著一排排金色樽，寓意美心食物令人津津有味。美女模特兒化身運財靚女，身著插滿甜蜜糖果的特制服飾滿場飛派發糖果，所到之處都非常受歡迎。
每張桌子上都放著一個籤筒造型的筷子筒，每一對筷子上都雕刻著吉祥語並包裝成為上上籤，為客人精心準的福袋裡已準備好上上籤和內藏著祝賀語的新春幸運曲奇，好讓他們將好運統統帶走。
著名DJ阮小儀小姐擔任此次活動司儀，舞獅、財神陸續進場，為大家送上新年的祝福。喜慶的佈置，好意頭的安排讓每一位客人都心情大好，現場掀起熱一陣陣喜慶熱鬧的氣氛。

Flawless event designs and decorations can bring you into a fantasy world! In the “Midsummer Night’s Dream”, a magical forest unveiled and fairies could be found holding a party – a charity ball! The main backdrop was painted with a forest with a new moon hanging on the tree top. You could almost hear fairies whispering near you. Well-arranged sounds and lighting brought to live a foggy forest full of pleasant melodies. Photographers were on site to capture every jubilant scene.

The musicians played passionately alongside the dancing guests who dressed up as fairies. Even the sudden patch of rain could not hinder the guests’ festive mood and their appetite for the delectable cuisines that were being served. An auction was conducted on stage and the guests’ cheers resonated in the ballroom as they bid ferociously and contributed to the total amount of donation.
A refreshing fragrance oozed out from the garden lawn after the rain, and guests were drawn outdoor to enjoy even more activities and performances. With melodies playing under the moonlight, everything looked just like a fairy tale that one could not help falling in love with.

在【仲夏夜之夢】裡，走進魔幻森林內。在那裡，仙子們正開著派對，這是一個慈善拍賣舞會！酒店舞台設計成一輪新月掛在樹林，仿佛聽到精靈們在切切私語。音響設計師讓森林裡傳來悠揚悅耳的樂曲聲；燈光設計師帶客人走進迷濛的夏夜；活動攝影師攝錄師們忙於將這一切記錄下來，好讓賓客再三回味。
表演的樂手們彈得起勁，牛津劍橋校友們打扮得如森林精靈般翩翩起舞。驟來的大雨並沒有打擾大家的雅興，精美的菜餚陸續呈上，舞台上的慈善拍賣活動依然如火如荼的進行著，善款數字引來陣陣掌聲，歡呼聲此起彼落。
雨後的草地散發著清新的味道，花園中的活動表演引來大批的觀眾，月光下音樂繼續美妙，一切就如童話世界般美好，讓人捨不得醒來。

Hong Kong has succeeded Iran as the host of the latest biennial Asian Societies of Cosmetic Scientists (ASCS) Conference.

Serious and tedious as academic conferences may seem, WA was determined to think outside the box and present an extraordinary event. Our designer created a backdrop with the image of Hong Kong's most famous scenery – the Victoria Harbour – to welcome scholars and guests who arrived from all over the world. We also integrated thematic elements into each segment of the venue design to spark a special sense of artistic chemistry. With colourful ropes to raise the curtain in the opening ceremony, the conference officially commenced.
A lion dance performance was performed to mark the start of this three-day conference, which took place at the City University of Hong Kong. The academic sessions then followed at the Charles K. Kao Auditorium in the Hong Kong Science Park. International experts as well as professors gathered to exchange the most up-to-date industry knowledge, as simultaneous interpreters helped translate every part of the academic dialogue for participants on site. During the break, participants had the opportunity to relax themselves, engage in networking with their colleagues, or visit the academic booths and look at poster presentations, whilst relishing coffee and desserts.
The conference’s gala dinner was held at the Kerry Hotel, in a thrilling ambiance with wonderful music, delicious cuisine and aromatic wines. In line with this year's theme of "Bridging the Beauty Intelligence of East & West", we specially curated different cultural performances from China and the West. The Chinese national art form Bian Lian (Face-Changing) performed along with traditional music, martial arts and acrobatics by master artists backed up with changing scenes on the LED screen, and the beautiful singing by a well-known Italian soprano, all dazzled and amazed the audience. With applause, cheers, laughter, and clanking noises of wine glasses filling the grand banquet hall, the conference came to a perfect closing.
兩年一度的亞洲化妝品科學家協會會議，繼上屆在伊朗舉辦後，今屆移師於香港舉行。
學術性會議總會給人嚴肅及沉悶的感覺，但WA決定打破這個框框。設計師先以香港最著名的維港景色為背景，迎接來自世界各地的學者和嘉賓，再將主題的化學元素融入於各部分設計之中，以色彩以線條拉開該次會議序幕。
三天的全日會議，假香港城市大學，由精彩的舞獅表演打響頭炮，接著的學術交流在科學園高錕會議中心舉行，由世界各地專程飛來的專家教授們興高采烈地分享業界最新的資訊，不同文化語言的參加者們透過現場即時傳譯清楚了解每個部分。在小休時，咖啡香和糕點香交織，客人們可以充充電，更可以一邊參觀多個攤位以及學術研究海報，一邊和業界精英們交流暢談。
慶祝晚宴設於嘉里酒店，美妙的音樂悠揚，美酒佳餚散發著應有的香味，大大刺激著每一個人的神經。為配合今年的主題”Bridging the Beauty Intelligence of East & West”，我們特意安排了分別來自中、西的不同文化表演，隨著富有傳統特色的音樂響起，中國國粹藝術 – 變臉，瞬間令觀眾嘆為觀止；LED 屏上不停切換的畫面，配合著武林高手們表演的中國功夫、雜技讓人目不暇接；還有來自意大利的知名女高音為大家帶來動聽悅耳的歌聲。諾大的宴會聽裡，掌聲、喝采聲、杯碟的碰撞聲、客人們笑聲此起彼落⋯⋯編織出完美的落幕。

Mr Shaun Lean, UK’s top jewel designer and winner of numerous awards, who was best known for the works he created for Alexander McQueen, came to Hong Kong for the first time to bring his brand to Hong Kong and Mainland China. He invited WA to launch a jewellery exhibition, titled “Bond To Beauty”, as a kick-off for his campaign.

Celebrity trendsetters – Wyman Wong, Hilary Tsui and Pakho Chau – were invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attracting wide and keen attention of high-end fashion media such as Tatler.
In matching with the artistic spirit of this event, The Fringe Club in Central was chosen as exhibition venue. Designers from WA put up a series of classy programme and decorations, which aligned with the theme and earned high commendation from Mr Leane.
The exhibition of Shaun Leane's distinguished works was naturally the centre of this event. Visitors also found themselves surrounded by decorations that dazzled amongst glittering lights, floral scent that filled the hall, sparking champagne in every guest’s flute, extraordinarily crafted jewellery presented by foreign models, a screening of the “Making-of” video, accompanied by the gentle voice of our presenter Ms Rabee’a Yeung, which enabled visitors to understand the story behind every masterpiece. Mr Leane’s personal narrative of his design concepts and source of inspiration turned the whole event into an artsy extravaganza that marked the start of Mr Leane’s upcoming development campaign in Greater China.
享譽國際，獲獎無數的英國頂級珠寶設計師 Shaun Leane 先生，以他為Alexander McQueen創作的作品而聞名，首度來港發展，希望將他的品牌推展到香港和國內，邀請了WA為他的進軍打響頭炮，舉辦了名為【Bond To Beauty超越美麗極限】的珠寶藝術展。
開幕典禮邀請了時尚達人黃偉文先生、徐濠縈小姐、周柏豪先生等光臨剪綵，令整個活動更添型格氣質，並受到高級時尚媒體Tatler等等的廣泛關注。
展覽選址於中環藝穗會Fringe Club，配合了活動的藝術氛圍，同時為切合本次展覽主題，WA的設計師為活動設計了一系列配合型格氣質的活動節目和活動佈置，並得到Shaun Leane的高度讚揚。
Shaun Leane型格不凡的作品展覽，自然是本次活動的主角，會場佈置和現場燈光相映成輝，鮮花的芳香和香檳酒細膩閃爍的汽泡，由外藉模特兒展示美侖美奐的珠寶的同時，播出Making of片段，配合活動司儀楊洛婷小姐溫柔聲線作出的現場介紹，讓客人更了解每一件作品背後的故事。現場更有由Shaun Leane先生親自解說理念的環節，聽他將他的創作靈感娓娓道來，置身會場猶如參加了一場藝術盛宴。為Shaun Leane先生發展大中華區拉開了閃亮的序幕。

In addition to large corporate event, planning private event is also WA’s forte. Private parties include weddings, birthday parties or hundredth-day celebration parties for babies. What is vastly different from corporate activities is that private parties emphasize more on the feelings they bring to the hosts and the guests, sharing the wishes of the host while making the guests feel welcome.

As compared with corporate events, private parties require even more attention to on-site ambience – be it lively, warm, elegant or simplistic. A higher level of customer-centred customisation and flexibility on the rundown would be necessary. Event managers would therefore handle the event flexibly upon the client’s on-site requests. WA's design and planning team would customise each event’s theme design and rundown according to the client’s requirements and budget. Every year, the WA team provides professional services for the birthday banquet of Tsang Hin-chi – Hong Kong’s deputy to the National People's Congress and a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. We also have been tasked to manage the wedding of the supermodel Ms Ann Ho and the wedding anniversary of the celebrity artiste Mr Stephen Au Kam Tong.

WA團隊每年都會為港區全國人大代表及全國人大常委會委員曾憲梓先生壽宴提供專業服務，同時名模何紫綸小姐的婚禮、明星歐錦棠先生的結婚週年紀念都是WA團隊的作品之一。
